Outlook cross-platform (Microsoft 365)

End-users see their email signatures while composing emails across all Outlook clients, including Windows (Classic Outlook), Mac, iOS, Android, and web. They can choose between multiple signatures (such as shared mailbox, language-specific, or internal signatures), while administrators can allow controlled customization of selected fields.
